Poor quality and poor customer service.

Price of product was good.However, the box the item was packed in was badly damaged, and the bin itself was - in my opinion - poorly 'finished', and the lid wasn't properly attached.I couldn't slot the 'pins' within the lid mechanism in, and was about to submit a return request until I realised it would cost me £2.50 for the 'privilege' of returning a product that was poorly made.Luckily my husband was able to fix the lid problem so I decided to keep the bin.Also, contact function was poor - apart from an initial AI based response, no further reply received.
