Review Time
I am not that impressed with your company, and i will explain, firstly i have yet recieved my parcel, it was apparently delayed getting to the courier, and now the courier is delayed getting it to me, this morning i rang YTC to find out more information, i didnt really get any answers, only that if i cancel my order i cant get a refund until EVRI confirm it is on its way back to YTC. I believe EVRI have lost my parcel and are playing for time. If i have to i will be contacting PAYPAL to complain about this, and get a refund.
We ordered these for a Harry Potter themed birthday party. The kids had one each to play quidditch on. Within minutes of us handing them out the brooms fell apart. I’d like to stress that this wasn’t with any ‘use’ we were walking to the park whilst leaving a trail of destruction behind us. The bristles were just falling off and were not attached to the handle properly. They were tied lightly with string which just fell off meaning that the bristles then fell apart.Not fit for purpose at all, unless you intend to purchase this to prop up against a wall as decoration. Very disappointed.
