The first bag despatch apparently burst…

The first bag despatch apparently burst open with Evri. When advised of this by me, the supplier quickly dispatched a replacement without any fuss. Packaging could have been better as second bag had a small tear due to impact damage to box. Not impressed with the delivery company.
