Avoid this company at all costs.
I was signed into what I believed was a 36-month agreement, only to later discover it was actually a 7-year lease that was never clearly explained. The lack of transparency is shocking.
Since then, there have been unexpected leasing agreements added, and whenever billing is questioned, it’s either ignored or brushed aside.
This has been the worst decision I’ve made moving to this company.
To make matters worse, the initial contact was made under the impression they were associated with BT, which turned out to be completely misleading.
I strongly advise anyone considering them to stay well away.

We initially had many ongoing issues with your-communications which continued over a period of months. They did try to correct things on numerous occasions but without success.Karen Good then took over our account and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently.Thank you Karen.
