The process was simple and efficient. From completing my online questionnaire and then speaking to their team; my medication was sent to me next day. Comes in a box with ice packs. Will be ordering from them again
Its 17 00 hrs on Friday 9th still not recieved it was paid next day delivery orders on 7th DPD as yet no delivery if it does not come tomorrow its no use as we will be on holiday till May, no one will be here to accept it so no use
Absolutely disgusting customer service. It's hard to know which one to leave a review on, as there seems to be more than one account. Still waiting for someone to come back to me and dearly wish I had read the reviews on other accounts, before spending lots of money.
Poor service. Website was unclear about dispatch times. I needed an off the shelf product within 3 days so I ordered on Wednesday and chose delivery Royal Mail 48 hour service. It's 5 days later (Monday) and I've still not received the item. Customer service response is that their terms and conditions state that the dispatch times can vary so the item was not dispatched until Friday. Definitely won't be using their service again.
