I've had really bad carpal tunnel for a few years now. I have a 3-year-old, though, so surgery wasn't really an option right now as I wouldn't be able to pick him up. They state on their website that refunds will be processed within 48 hrs of receiving. This product may work for some, but their 30 day money back guarantee is a scam. Edited: after almost a month I was finally able to talk to someone again on the phone who said they never received my package. When I re-sent my email with picture proof of my return package contents, address, and tracking they finally refunded me the money. Be sure to take pictures of everything if you submit a return.
