A bath lift is a big expense and we weren’t sure if my father would manage. I went with Easy2bathe because of all the quotes and visits I had they were the only company to bring a replica for my father to try out. The men that came to fit it were as professional and client focused. They phoned to give a time of arrival so I could be there. The job was done efficiently, neatly and they tidied up afterwards although there was minimal mess. Ian went through all the instructions slowly and clearly, demonstrated all aspects and made sure my father was happy. Compared to the other products we looked at, this was slightly more expensive but we got 20% off in the sale. I feel that the quality of the product, the pre service, installation and post service was exceptional - making it good value. It was encouraging to have such a personable, professional service.
