I've really enjoyed my experience with Y'OUR because of the simplicity, results and customer service. I love how easy it was for me to change the original formula I had when it wasn't working for me. Its a simple step approach and I've seen improvements in redness and dryness from the system. When my products broke in the mail customer service sent me the products that broke and then some! I would recommend it.
As a bit of background, I am a chronic acne sufferer in my childbearing years. The staff at Y/Our not only provided me assurances that their products were safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding: they provided actual studies. On top of this, their product works! I am now able to go without makeup without feeling horribly self-conscious. There have also been several times where I had questions or wanted to try a new product from their line. The representative I have worked with, Hailee, has always resolved my questions thoroughly and beyond my expectations. I have been so happy with my experience that I am going to bring up Y/Our with my OBGYN next time I am pregnant, so she can recommend it to other patients who struggle with acne during pregnancy. Overall, the product and accompanying service are worth the premium price tag.
Y'OUR is a truly customized skin care company which is important because our skin is so different and the needs are different. The initial questionnaire was thorough. When I got my first order my daily face wash needed tweaking and they sent me out a new one right away. The regimen I am on has my skin looking and feeling better than it ever has my entire life. The customer service is incredible and the products just fantastic. I highly recommend!
I absolutely love the Y'our brand! I have tried multiple skincare products from them and so far I love all of them! The lip oil is my go-to for keeping my lips moisturized and supple feeling (and looking). I use it every night before bed and every morning as part of my skincare and my lips look and feel amazing! I have also used the eye cream, which is currently my go-to eye cream and really seems to smooth out everything under the eyes. This brand really cares about it's customers and the products it brings to market. I feel like I can trust them, which is very important to me!
I’ve had my ups and downs with this company, but I can definitely say that they always follow through with good information and clarification. The service is excellent, the quality of product is great, and when I have a problem, it is quickly solved! Whether it comes in form of a gift or a thorough explanation, Y’our always come through for you and I can count on them to care about my concerns. The website is a bit hard to navigate/understand, but hopefully this will get better over time! Thank you for the great product and awesome customer service!
