I hardly write reviews on anything, but this stupid company pisses me off to the max. Please, please avoid at all cost!! I switched up my skincare routine every 6 months or so, and I decided to give this company a try after seeing numerous ads on my IG (bad move) so because of this I am avoiding any social media ads beyond this point. When I went on the website, I scrolled through and saw they had a great deal and unknowingly “signed” a contract with their company as they claimed. Website states $39 for trial offer, nowhere did I see anything mentioned of 3 payments of $78 for a 3 month Supply. That is besides the point because the money I can pay and that was not the issue. The issue is this product caused a severe allergic reaction on my face. My skin was red, tender and the surrounding area on my mouth was so sore that I could hardly open my mouth. I stopped using it immediately and forgot all about it until they charged my card. I then sent a series of e-mail to them to get a refund on the 2nd payment because of the issue I was having with the products. So, fast forward with a series of chain e-mail, Their reply was so condescending, sarcastic and rude! Avoiding at all cost in accepting my return of the remaining unused products, crediting my bank for the payment they took out. They only gave two options, “we take the third payment as per your “contract” or you let us make a new formula”. Obviously if I wanted to continue using your products I wouldn’t have e-mailed you about the issue, so no I do not want a replacement. I don’t want to use your products and I would like my payment refunded. After that they sent me replies stating, I didn’t read their s***, I have bad reading comprehension, I am broke and don’t have the funds to pay for it. They even went as far as to threatening to report me to the credit bureau which I don’t give a f*** about, because I make enough money as to where I don’t need to rely on credits nor loans.The fact that this company is Asian owned makes me even more upset for the fact that my own people are so well versed in scamming people. Another fun fact, they have no address listed anywhere on their site. Pull up an address to return products under their “exception” and you will see it’s a UPS store not their store. Makes you wonder if this company has an actual brick and mortar front….Furthermore; they don’t do refunds, blah blah blah! I went ahead and filed a dispute with my bank and they immediately built a case for me. They tried to bully me and continued to threaten me regarding payments. If you go on their FB page you will see all paid promotors hyping this product up knowing full well it is not worth it. Seriously, a “three month” supply which in reality is closer to barely a month supply. Same with this board as I see the raving 5 stars are probably all fake! Don’t feed into it, always look at the 1 star reviews first. If there are any it’s for good reasons. Don’t get duped like the rest of us, do your due diligence and stay away from this scam company!!
The product didn’t work for me. I break out more after using their product. It made my skin so dry and irritated. I had complained to them about cancelling my subscription and requesting if I could get my money back. They declined and told me that I still owe $200 and that they won’t be able to cancel. So… I spent so much to ruin my skin. Great.
I purchased my skin care regimen 3 months ago and it was the best decision I could have made. As a result my skin is evenly toned and I have minimal breaks outs. Moreover, whenever I have a blemish it disappears within days. My skin has a youthful glow! In the beginning I had several questions about the products, and my skins reaction to the products, I received a quick and thorough response from Y’OUR! I appreciate the honest and rapid communication from Y’OUR representatives as they have been most helpful. My next shipment should be arriving soon!

Love how clean and refreshed I feel after every use. Every product is very light and smells nice and natural. It reminded me of a spa. I loved the results I got with controlling my acne. Although the purging process was REAL and a struggle for me for about 6 weeks, after that, I could really see improvements to my skin. The spot treatment is a game changer! Wow did my zits go away fast. I feel more confident without makeup now on my lazy days. This company is great! I got excited to always get free add ons to each box with my points.

I really love these products because it reduced my acne scars and my favourite in this skincare routine is the acne serum. All of the other products such as the night cream, the morning cream and the cleanser is nice too it leaves my skin feeling soft.
