Mark was fabulous! We knew very little about the Ptac installed in our sunroom. We were surprised to find out that bigger didn't mean better for the size of the room. Ours wore out before it needed to. I learned a lot talking with Mark and I ordered right away. Got the notice yesterday that it shipped--SO much easier than the local yahoos who strung us along for two months. THANK YOU!!
Just completed order and experienced good choice of PTAC product, very competitive prices ( before costs of shipping), and excellent customer service to date, courtesy Robyn. Now, to actually get/install/use the Amana K series product that I ordered.
