I originally tried y'our to switch to a clean skincare since I was pregnant. I always had issues with oily skin and acne and have tried SO many different skincare regimens. I loved the simplicity of it all, how it's tailored to me, and my skin has been great! I hardly ever feel the need for makeup, my acne is gone, and I feel confident in what I'm putting on my skin. I also really appreciate the customer service and feel I can change or question my routine as my body changes, especially postpartum.
My experience was great because it worked for my skin and it never failed me. Your company is doing customer service right. Your customer service is phenomenal. In the beginning when I first started, my face broke out so so bad, I contented support, and I had a detailed response back SAME DAY. They were incredibly helpful. Assured me that it was the purging phase, and it would go away after a few weeks. They were 100% on point. Any other time I needed to contact them the response was within the day or the next day. Incredible.
I was a little bit surprised by how much my skin improved when I changed to Y’our. I had used another leading product for many years and I knew it wasn’t working so I took a leap and did the skin quiz. I have been so thrilled with the look and feel of my skin and also with the truly personal service I receive from the support team. On a recent trip together my sister even asked me if she could try it since she loved the way my skin was looking.
