I ordered some skin patches from Youthrite on 20 Feb . I heard nothing for 10 days. Then I got an email saying it had been dispatched and it included an Australia post tracking code.
The tracking code does not exist or is invalid. I then emailed them to let them know about the tracking number. I have heard nothing back

Helpful and understanding customer support!

I ordered the most expensive option by accident but I contacted their support the same day and was able to change my order to the middle one and they refunded the difference without any problems.Customer support was helpful and very understanding, with almost no back and forth!

I REVOKE MY ONE STAR...

I left a scathing review about this company because I got zero customer service from them. I immediately wrote to YouthRite and told them exactly what I said in my review on this site. I promised them that if they did right by me, I would go back to Trust Pilot with a re-evaluation. They IMMEDIATELY sent me notification that my full cost would be refunded. This tells me two things. Trust Pilot has clout. And Youthrite, like anyone else, hates bad publicity. Though it took six months (and I have not yet seen the credit in my bank but they warned it would take some time) YouthRite DID honor their money back guarantee. Thus I have upped my one star to three.
