Review Time
It takes me a while to build up enough points of dollars to cash out, guess being of over a certain age the qualification ability changes so when I finally reached the goal of claiming I hit the Cashout function. Unfortunately the powers that be, not the Site, I have no qualms about the Site, had updated their "Security Requirements" ... it seems they assume that everyone has a Mobile or access to one but alas I don't. So off I sent my very polite and detailed "follow up email" to the Helpdesk at Ysense pleading my case so I would not lose my $10USD / $13.38AUD Megabucks to me! I got very one quick response that it had been forwarded on to the particular Team to follow up further which they promptly did and I was able to meet the work-around requirements and promptly received "earning" and am happily still participating on this Site despite the few people who do the wrong thing and make people who do the right jump through hoops. Thank you Ysense for all you help in this convoluted world still to be able to reach good old common sense results.
