Very happy with my Eufy products and service. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the system works exactly as advertised. The app is easy to use, notifications are reliable, and the picture quality is excellent.

Great value for money with no ongoing subscription fees. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dependable home security setup.

We've owned a G30 hybrid robot vacuum since December 2023 which has had very little use as I've mainly used a Dyson on the carpet. We've just had laminate flooring installed so I decided to start using the G30 more but discovered the WiFi no longer works. Resetting the WiFi or factory resetting it doesn't do anything, the WiFi symbol doesn't light up.

Very little help from Eufy apart from telling me it's out of warranty, which I knew, and finally offering me 10% discount on any future products, something anyone can get just by subscribing to their newsletter! I wasn't expecting a free repair or a free replacement. I just wanted to get it fixed but they don't appear interested. Pretty poor for a product that is less than 3 years old and cost me £250 at the time.

We were looking around for a new doorbell video system, and found Eufy. We purchased a storage device, screen and doorbell, and we are now subscription free with an excellent video doorbell, plus the added bonus of being able to link it to our Google Home system.

Timely delivery and excellent product quality

The delivery was on time, and I was informed throughout the entire process. I'm quite impressed with my purchase; the cameras are of excellent quality, and all the features are top-notch. Setting them up on the app was a breeze. I'm very satisfied with both the service and the product, especially the doorbell.

Outstanding security system with multiple cameras

I have five cameras set up around my home: four with solar integration and one with solar capabilities. All can be monitored and controlled through the app, and I also have a home base that stores recordings for easy access. The system is very user-friendly and provides a strong sense of security whether I'm at home or away. I would rate it a perfect ten!

Cameras that are simple to install

I have five cameras around my home: four solar-integrated models and one with solar capability, all manageable through the app. Additionally, I have a home base that stores all recordings for easy retrieval. The security system is incredibly user-friendly and gives me peace of mind whether I'm home or away. I give it a perfect score!

Simple to purchase and install

The units I got for both the front and rear of my house were very easy to install using the provided template and instructions. There are also helpful videos available online. The batteries have lasted six weeks, and considering the low temperatures here, especially for the front unit facing north, I’m pleased that battery usage is only a quarter. The video quality is good, and I have no complaints about the doorbell system.

Delivery issues after three weeks

My delivery has not arrived three weeks after placing the order. The estimated delivery date has shifted from today to next week, and now to three weeks. It's unclear when it will actually arrive. Very disappointing service.
