Ysense you suspended my account 2 days ago, that's barely two a months old for no apparent reason, Why? I've written to your support and yet no response. I guess you just decide to make you platform miserable for your users. That's just sad Ysense!
Ysense is getting worse and worse. I've been a member for about six years, and the surveys are paying out less and less. There are time-based errors (surveys that have a set duration and then become much longer). Today, I successfully completed a survey for the new Bandida non-alcoholic beer brand and wasn't paid. My desire to continue using Ysense is waning significantly due to the team's lack of professionalism, which is perhaps even criminal. Continuing to waste time being scammed is not an option.
Genuine site that pays. The only complain that I have about this site is that they changed the currency to cash out for me to English Pounds and I do not understand why? We are part of European Union and we are using Euros here, so please change it back to Euros and lower fees to cash out! No other complains. I never miss a payment for them. They have also a good customer support, always answered in time and fixed the problems. Thank you Ysense.
