Review Time
SCAM!! used the site for a few days completing offers. i had around $40 pending. when i logged in the next day they deactivated my account for no reason. after contacting them i finally got a replay "we noticed that the country listed as your residence may not match the location(s) in which you have accessed our services."... in other words I'm accused of using a VPN because i used my iPhone and my android tablet to complete offers... please don't use this site. there are many other sites you can use that will pay you and will be fair to you. This site just deactivates your account without warning and they take your earned cash and run
I recently joined ySense and actively participated in surveys and offers. Some surveys didn’t open or failed to track properly, so I contacted Customer Support to report the issues. They responded each time with courtesy credits—without giving me any warning or saying I was violating any rule. Then, without notice, my account was suddenly closed with over $52 in earnings. I received a generic message accusing me of “noncompliance” without explanation or any chance to clarify. I had no idea that reporting broken surveys—which support themselves responded to—would be used against me.This experience is deeply disappointing. I invested real time and effort, especially on offers that took hours, and was treated unfairly. I’m also from a country where survey access is already limited, so this kind of treatment feels discriminatory.I’m sharing my story to warn others and to ask that ySense consider treating users with more transparency and respect.
I was unaware that I was no longer in an area to do the daily surveys. I was trying to bring my account p to be able to claim a Paypal voucher. I do not play games on my phone or tablet, and prefer not to download the games. I had to settle for a $4 Amazon card and had to leave the balance of my earnings unclaimed. I have enjoyed doing surveys over the years. Just sad to say good bye to another honest paying site,
I joined Ysense a couple of days ago, but only for about 1 hour. I was shocked to find that the minimum payout for PayPal was £15! That is 3 times more than the average payout of £5 on other gpt/survey sites. I would have to be filling out surveys for years to reach that target.I was also shocked to see a message when reviewing surveys, that I would get more surveys if I supply full postal address. Why do survey companies need your full address just for you to give your opinion on various subjects? I understand providing the town I live, but not full postal address. Completely unnecessary. That is data harvesting. The more personal info you provide, the more it is worth to those who buy the data.I closed my a/c.
