Account deactivated - $17 work in vain

my account which i spent so much time making some 17$ through surveys got deactivated without any reason. i contacted support and explained that, i hold only one account but still couldn't get the account back and my crime too was never spelt out to me. my hard earned cash $17 is still with them while the account is deactivated. They are just not fair
