The customer service was responsive when I had a question about a missing clip. They handled it quickly and I appreciated the personal touch. The gear itself feels reliable and well-made, though it could use a few more small storage features in the design.

Some of the equipment feels heavier…

Some of the equipment feels heavier than I'd like when backpacking long distances. It's definitely tough and built to last, just not ideal for ultralight hiking. For weekend trips or car camping though, it's perfectly reliable and feels like it can handle anything.

Overall good.

Overall, I'm happy with how well the products perform. They feel sturdy and durable, even after a week outdoors. I only wish there were a few more color choices or lighter weight options. Still, everything held up perfectly during a long camping and fishing trip.

Honestly

Honestly, I didn't expect the gear to hold up this well. I've taken it on multiple camping trips, through rain and cold and it still looks brand new. The fabric feels tough, the stitching solid and everything packs down easily.

After using my new sleeping bag during a freezing weekend trip, I was genuinely surprised by how warm and light it was. It packed small ,didn'T get damp overnight and felt soft inside. You can tell there's real thought behind the deisgn, not just mass production.
