I ordered two panettone cakes as shown on the website for my clients. They looked nice and fit well with other gifts. However, what I received tasted similar but looked completely different, wrapped in plastic instead of the advertised white paper and ribbon. I could have found something similar anywhere. When I asked about returning them for a refund, they refused, claiming it was the same product in different packaging. I ended up buying what I originally wanted from a garden center and regret falling for this and wasting my money.

Not great

Not greatAs the advert advertised delivery in time for Christmas. That’s what I expected would happen. Two days later it rolled up. Did contact tumbles they said I should have stated the date. I didn’t see a calendar on the order form. So they told me to freeze it. It was a gift so it’s wasted. Won’t use them again.
