UPDATE:HAD TO CHARGE BACK TO MY PAYMENT PROVIDER TO GET A REFUND!!!I was also emailed by TRUST PILOT to say that my review had been reported due to "defamatory content" This company deserve to be given such a poor review due to their appalling packaging and customer service. Really poor. You guys have competitors, don't think you are a market exclusive, you are not! You did not like my review and BASIC customer expectations, so reported it to Trust Pilot who put the review back on line AND said it is not anything as your complaint described. Don't tell your customers to be patient - manage basic expectations.Just for the record here, your reply in my review suggests that i have overwhelmed this company with emails. You have had three, two of which were not answered. Keep your replies truthful, not "catty" as other 1 star reviews have suggested. (No comment).HONESTLY HOW TIGHT IS THIS COMPANY, that they will not refund a damaged parcel until you return the free gift! £12.00 shopping bag. I eagerly awaited the sample sale event, and was delighted when I managed to “ bag” a box especially as it contained a set of vintage style scales. However on receipt, the scales although attractive ,are faulty and cannot be set. I did contact customer services and to be fair they offered a partial refund. When I first emailed regarding the problem the scales were in stock in the sale for £30 however by the time they responded they were sold out. I anticipated a refund of £30 but was only refunded £15 of the original £75. The scales represented the main part of the box. The rest of the box consisted of a crumpled apron, 4 nice place mats, 4 random ,non matching coasters and two egg cups, which I felt were not really worth what I ended up paying.My advise is buy the items you really want ,don’t get drawn in by the thought you might get something really nice at a good price.I must add I have been an avid collector of Yvonne Ellen and have multiple pieces in all rooms around my house so this was a real disappointment
I have bought numerous pieces from this lovely lady, for myself and as gifts for family and friends, every single one has been excellent! My latest was the shell butter dish, it is just beautiful, the pink colour is so vibrant and stands out on my kitchen side. Plenty big enough also.
I ordered the oyster shell salt and pepper set online. The order was delivered quickly and I am beyond pleased with my little set. It is of good quality, looks very stylish on my kitchen counter (and on the dining table) and would highly recommend it-it just love the whole range!
