This is the third time I have bought from Biovea. Wide variety of products, usually has discounts and delivers very quickly. Usually the packaging is safe, although once my products were damaged.
I've purchased several items from them, and 99% have been outstanding. There was one aspect that didn't quite suit me, but they listened to my feedback and resolved my minor concern. It's rare to find a company that offers excellent after-sales service these days. I'm now a lifelong customer, thanks to the entire team.
Fantastic service for high-quality Melatonin. Every order I place arrives promptly, often ahead of schedule, with reliable delivery. I frequently utilize the free shipping options or discounts available, but I’m also willing to pay full price. The product is excellent, and the support team is commendable.
first time was fine but then they sent another order some weeks later which I didnt want and cant afford - when I saw the expensive payment taken from my credit card that I didnt order I contacted my card to find out what it was, they told me biome. I tried to sign in but no account so I couldn't see anything other than the past order. I went through all emails from biovea and nothing mentioned autoship and no warning/notice at all that they were about to
so I now have a delivery on the way that I dont want and cannot afford - even if I can arrange a refund (which appears impossible on their website which just send me in loops getting nowhere), it will presumably need to be shipped to Usa at great expense from Australia.
Biovea seems to be a scam, stay away!!
As a Pharmacist, I find it refreshing to discover a platform that offers valuable supplements that are often difficult to obtain in the UK. The ability to buy Melatonin and Dhea is fantastic. The service is consistently efficient and offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.
I placed an order for several products from the USA to be sent to a friend in Malaysia, but the items never arrived, and I received no proof of delivery. After reaching out to the support team, I was promised a refund and informed that the issue was escalated to their accounts department. However, despite several follow-ups, the refund has not been processed.
I ordered through the platform and assumed delivery would be domestic. After ordering, I learned the package was shipped from abroad, going through customs, causing significant delays and potential fees. This was not clearly communicated. Nearly three weeks later, my delivery still hadn't arrived. Customer service was unhelpful, providing only the same tracking link I found myself, with no new information or delivery estimate. I reached out multiple times for assistance regarding my large order, but was told to wait up to 30 days for it to be considered lost. For a company selling health products, this is completely unacceptable. Summary: unclear shipping process, unexpected customs delays, extremely long delivery time, and no real help from customer service.
