Frustrating order experience

I ordered a back case and a screen guard for a mobile, but I mistakenly selected a slightly different model. When I requested a replacement, similar to services like others, my request was denied. The customer support was the worst, showing no understanding or cooperation. Think twice before making a purchase.

Very disappointed with product quality

I am very disappointed with my experience. The mobile cover I received was of poor quality and did not match what was advertised. When I reached out, they refused to take responsibility. This is misleading and unethical. I expected better service and do not recommend this company.

Service failure and product defects

While the first product was acceptable, the second had defects, and the customer service response was a clear example of inadequate service. Disappointing replacement process

I ordered two cases, one as a gift but mistakenly selected the wrong model. I reached out for a replacement, trusting the support, but their response was disappointing. While I understand the return policy, I expected at least a proper exchange. I do not recommend buying phone cases here.
