I'm a developer and frankly, a pedant so I wont settle for anything less than complete and correct.I was very specific with Lit about what I needed...Our client had seperate child/adult products that needed to be merged into a single product during the migration.To add complexity, those products couldnt be easily identified by handle as the handles were clones of other products. (Adult products had child- prefixed handles etc)Variants had duplicated or generic naming schemes (child sizes were in XS-XL and so were adults) This is arbitary in shopify but magento is much more specfic so I provided mappings between generic sizes to a range compatible with the amalgamated product.This plus other complications resulted in a very complex mess but with some good communication on everyones part, Lit had no problem accomodating my needs into a customised migration.They gave me plenty of opportunity to report back any misunderstandings or failures in staging and were quick to correct and adjust.
