I disliked how the company said the subscription or membership was in the process of being canceled, but I get another email stating that I would be charged again today for a membership that’s supposed to be canceled however, thanks to Eugene from the Escalation team she is going to resolve the issue.

Payment was taken from my card which I did not approve! Then I received an email stating that I will be refunded my money back if I leave a 4 or 5 star review 🤬 this company has committed fraud and think it’s your fault!!

I clicked a link on Facebook and this company charged my card twice. I was told I could not get a refund and would have to use the credits that were issued in the amount that was taken. I just want my money back and not to be scammed by these companies via Facebook. I've reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau.
