These bottles are absolutely stunning, and the quality is exceptional. I’m truly happy with them. The design is elegant, the finish is remarkable, and they look even more beautiful in person. However, a major downside was receiving an unexpected customs/import invoice after delivery, which was quite high. This was frustrating and not clearly communicated in advance. In summary:

I would recommend the product, but it’s crucial for customers to be made aware of potential customs charges beforehand.
I received my items without issue, but when I decided to return one, the experience was extremely unprofessional and made me feel distrustful of this company. To summarize: the item was damaged during shipping, and they refused to offer a refund or any compromise, leaving me out of pocket. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and would caution others against ordering from them.
