*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS *** Purchased a cord u-shape sofa along with a matching footstool, and within just one month, the sofa beams broke while the footstool was completely destroyed after only 2 WEEKS. The overall quality of these items is extremely poor, and the beams supporting them feel incredibly flimsy. I’m baffled by their claim of offering "luxury sofas". I attempted to request a refund, but my inquiries were ignored multiple times. Eventually, after several emails, they acknowledged that I would receive a refund. They arranged for collection, stating that Sunday was the ONLY available day and that it was "impossible" to schedule any other time. I was told I’d receive a timeslot the day before, yet I had to email them at 6pm just to learn that the collection wouldn’t happen until Tuesday or Wednesday (neither of which they could confirm). The complete lack of communication and professionalism was evident when the delivery driver suggested I "go on Tinder" after I insisted on a confirmed collection date, and he kept saying, "you're wasting my time." I barely managed to get an apology from him over the phone. I remain skeptical about receiving my refund after the sofa is collected, so if you choose to risk this company, DO NOT pay with a debit card. I genuinely believe this company is a scam, and I will NEVER order from this seller again.

The actual structure of the items are the poorest quality you can get for a sofa and footstool and you can feel how skinny the beams are to support it. So I don't know where they're getting "luxury sofas" from. I tried to arrange a refund and they ignored my request numerous times. They finally confirmed I'd get a refund after asking about 4 times in separate emails. They arranged collection and said the ONLY day they have available in Sunday and that it's "impossible" to do any other day. They told me I'd get a timeslot the day before and I had to email them at 6pm the night before just to find out they weren't collecting until Tuesday or Wednesday (couldn't confirm either of the 2 days to make it worse). I believe this company is a massive scam and I will NEVER be ordering from Sofa Selections UK ever again.
Bought a sofa last year via amazon. Just found out when having a minor repair that the sofa had no fire regulation labels and after testing found that the sofa had non retardant materials. Amazon refused to investigate and sofa selection UK refused all messages. Don't risk theses sofas. They could be dangerous. Working on sending info to trading standards
Ordered the 3 seater Almafi off Debenhams. From ordering to delivery was 5 days. The drivers were polite and took the sofa into the property. Is it the best sofa in the world....no....but you get what you pay for. It seems ok quality and I guess time will tell if it lasts.
This company is getting Amazon to take down any bad reviews they are receiving about this company from customers that have purchased these sofas (cheap sofas sold expensively that only last 1 month). I have proof this is happening.
Ordered the sofa online, had a call day before delivery, then a text on day of delivery for time of arrival. The sofa was delivered by the most helpful, polite man who helped my son get it up to the 4th floor. He even showed him how to assemble it. The sofa is just what we ordered and are extremely happy with the overall service and quality. Highly recommend
Sofa arrived two days after purchase and guy was nice so can’t fault that Sofa seat cushions are soft memory foam so within weeks we could see it would go thin also the right hand side sloped and I sent pictures with spirit level image No response from company or OnBuy Finally OnBuy said post it back at own expense for refund an they will send label Ok it’s a sofa !!! Company 350 miles away Would cost a fortune and it’s their fault ! It’s faulty It’s also advertised as an Amalfi sofa No way I’ve owned two and this is cheap version. They don’t reply Avoid Avoid
