Quick and attentive customer service

The customer service was commendable, responding promptly and addressing all my concerns. The bike performs as advertised, reaching 45 km/h with both throttle and pedal assist. However, the actual range is more like 20 to 30 km at best when using pedal assist alone, despite the 50 km claim. I would recommend considering other options for purchase.

Fantastic bike and shop!

My son invested his hard-earned savings into the Cruise X3, and he is absolutely loving it. I was initially skeptical about making such a significant online purchase, but after reading many positive reviews about the shop and bike, I gave my approval. The bike looks and performs wonderfully, and several of his friends are now saving up for one as well 😂 The delivery was also faster than promised (to Adelaide). The reason for this review is the excellent support we received when inquiring about a minor issue with one of the inner tubes. The quick and positive response from the team reassured us that we made the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Surprisingly impressive!

I ordered this bike on Thursday around 1 PM and received it by 9:30 AM Saturday. It arrived almost fully assembled and was easy to finish setting up. I genuinely have no complaints; the throttle didn’t work initially, but I sent an email and received a reply within 20 minutes with a video on how to enable it. P.S. the bike actually reaches up to 52 km/h, it's an absolute powerhouse and looks like a motorbike—I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Bikes of high quality

The bikes are of high quality, and the staff were very helpful, responding quickly when I reached out about freight issues. I encountered several problems with lost freight and delays, but those are issues with the freight company, not the supplier.

Fantastic customer support and bike

I've had the bike for two days, and it’s been a lot of fun. The only downside was that the tube popped, so I replaced it, but then it popped again. I realized the tire itself was faulty with a worn bead. I reached out to customer support, and they were very helpful and offered compensation. Overall, I’ve been really satisfied with how the bike rides.
