The service is now refusing to comply with this ruling, demonstrating a total disregard for professional standards and consumer rights. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service look elsewhere. My experience shows they deliver inadequate surveys, ignore legitimate complaints, and fail to adhere to formal ombudsman decisions. An organization that won’t take responsibility for its actions is not one to trust with a significant investment.
