The service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to guide me through the app and connect the device, giving me the understanding and confidence to use the app easily and without stress in my work. After some technical issues with my old phone, it was great to speak to a real person instead of AI.
Over 10 years being a customer and logging in no problem. Then all of a sudden I can't log in and it's now been weeks and still not resolved. Gone round the houses with new email address, providing id etc and the lack of support and lack of basic systems in place have made me realise it's time for a new supplier. Very poor
If I could I would put zero stars!They were not able to help meWith my card reader and asked me to call PayPal customer service. After 2 days all I got fromPayPal is that it’s going to take from 3 to 5 days to lol at the issue.I m still unable to use the card reader.Strongly suggest to use different providers!
