Took a taxi after a long run, but experienced some issues.

I opted for a taxi since I was exhausted from a long run and having difficulty with my luggage. The driver observed my struggles with loading and unloading but did not offer any assistance. I’m giving 2 stars because the ride was fast and the car was nice.
