I had 2 orders at Zoomalia with a value of 182 euros. These would arrive between 11/1 and 14/1. When I had no delivery or news about a delay on 17/1, I had to contact them myself to hear that my order was missing. Without an actual solution, it is immediately proposed to cancel or return the delivery where one cannot even give a date of delivery. Never order from this company if you have the opportunity to order the same stuff elsewhere
Worst company ever. I placed an order the 1th of January. It was supposed to be delivered latest the 12th of January.Today the 18th of January i still haven't received any package. I have email and called. No one answers.I also have one more order placed the 12th of January. That one was also supposed to be delivered. But hasen'tDONT ORDER. No one answers and they don't deliver.
