Review Time
I've been waiting 2 weeks for my order to be delivered. I contacted customer service, who said the delivery should be within the next 48 hours. However, I also contacted DPD, and they don't know where the order is and don't think it has left France yet. This is very frustrating, as I am getting new kittens in two days and will likely have to go out and purchase items that I had expected to receive in this order.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t trust this business. First they lost my order that I paid extra to expedite. Then to get any sort of response from their customer service support is non existent. My order number n.ºJA2644113356 de 13/01/2026
They do not answer their emails. They say that a tracking number will be available between 24+48 hours. Nothing! Seems they are having a bad January judging from the comments on here. Never again!Not easy to deal with, I cannot answer the email directly, have to go to a form which is all written in French, I do not speak nor write French. So have no idea if I got the message through to them. Surely if you are writing to some one in English you would use a form that an English writer could understand. I have cancelled the complete order, now waiting to see how long it will take them to refund me.
Horrendous experience with zoomalia Payed for priority delivery and it took twice as long as the free delivery estimate. Cost me 25€ having to buy dog food in the time I had to wait. They have terrible customer service people who offer next to nothing and take no accountability. Would not recommend
Very bad experience – non-delivery and no responseOrder N°10404004496549I paid for my order on 26.12.2026. The parcel was shipped, but according to DPD tracking it has been blocked in France since 29.12.2026 with the explanation “oversized”, which does not match the product dimensions stated on the seller’s website.I contacted the company several times using all available email addresses I could find, including a formal written complaint, but received no response or explanation.At this point, I have neither received the product nor any customer support reply. I am still waiting for delivery or a refund.UPDATE:The parcel has now been delivered and is in perfect condition.After escalation, Zoomalia did respond and the delivery was completed.Communication was slow and the process stressful, but the issue was eventually resolved.
I am absolutely disgusted with the service (or lack thereof) from Zoomalia. My order DE2543576562 is nowhere to be found, yet their tracking system has the audacity to claim it was "delivered/picked up" in Malaga on December 26th.This is a blatant lie. I have not received the package, and I have not picked anything up. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this company, but it will certainly be the last. Their logistics are a disaster and their records are clearly fraudulent.I have given them a 48-hour ultimatum to locate my goods or provide a FULL and immediate refund. If you value your money and your sanity, DO NOT ORDER FROM ZOOMALIA. They are quick to take your money but completely incompetent when it comes to actually fulfilling the order.STAY AWAY.
