Review Time
I paid nearly £50 for a medium bouquet and chocolates. The bouquet arrived sparse, with damaged petals and leaves. When I contacted customer service, they insisted it was the correct order and suggested I just wait for the flowers to bloom. This feels like a poor excuse and a scam. I'm ashamed to have given these to my mum. I recommend going elsewhere.
The flowers arrived quickly but did not match the picture. Instead of the expected 10 flowers, there were only 6, along with a lot of greenery. This definitely did not feel worth the price, and I was embarrassed that my friend received such a small, cheap bouquet for her grandchild's birth.
The first flower delivery was missing due to an address mix-up. I contacted the company, and a representative responded promptly and arranged a second delivery. Although it took more than 24 hours, it was to a remote location. The flowers eventually arrived, and my sister was delighted with them.
I want to express my gratitude to the service. I was very disappointed that my flowers were not delivered on time and were sent to an unknown address. However, when I contacted them, they were excellent and sent another arrangement. Although it was stressful, the service was very good.
Flowers were not left at the door of the apt I asked for. They were left in the main hall of the building. My neice didnt get them for another 4 days. Only when I asked her if she had received them. Did she look for themI complained to 123. And they said I should have informed my neice to expect them!!! And that the couriers who are an I dependant firm decide where to leave the packages!! So 123 take no responsibility for the deliverys!! I would not recommend them to anyone.The flowers Lack lustre and not fresh.
Absolutely disgusted with these people. I ordered the flowers two days before to ensure they would arrrive on my sisters birthday. They arrived a day late and after complaining on numerous occasions all I received were robotic answers saying they will look into it. Not acceptable, I have reported them!!
