Review Time
I wish I had read reviews beforehand . I had ordered some flowers, to say thank you to a friend and was very disappointed by the flowers delivered. I ordered the Peruvian Lily and Rose, which should have been a very full bouquet of roses and lilies as per their website. What was received was an extremely poor quality and very sparse substitute, which looked like something pilfered from a graveyard. I have never, ever received flowers in this form before from any other florist, whether it be online or otherwise. They were not as advertised and consisted purely of greenery. I can make an allowance for slight variations, but the flowers delivered were totally unacceptable and looked nothing like the pictures shown on their website. I will not be using this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Just ordered my 4th bunch of flowers since discovering 123, the 3 previous recipients have absolutely loved their deliveries as I'm sure this one will. Great quality & amazingly arrive as seen in the online pics (minus vase of course!)Oh &they last for ages too. Thank you so very much 123!
Ordered a bouquet of flowers from the website, ordered a bright vibrant pink bouquet to cheer someone up. Did not expect an exact match to the website but expected similar brightness in flowers, although the recipient was pleased with the flowers they were nothing like what I ordered, when I emailed with my concern I was told my images had been reviewed by the florist manager and the flowers were of good quality and matched the size ordered ( I wasn’t disputing the size at all) and I should follow the flower care guide.Extremely disappointed would not use again and definitely would not recommend.
