I would recommend 123 presets to anyone!!!! Their customer service is great and kind. I actually had an issue downloading a preset, and this company went above and beyond to help me out and even gave me a few presets. Their kindness and generosity, and awesome presets will take their business above and beyond, they have a new lifelong customer<3 if you have an issue they will try and resolve it for you!

Bought 3 mystery packs and when I went to download them there were only 2 presets.Tried them on 2 different phones and neither recognized them as valid files and thus didn't import them which I have never encountered with any other preset pack so far in 3 years. Sent a mail to at least get a partial refund and was denied. Pretty sure I won't even go near them again unless they do me fair and at least return even half the amount I spent
I’ve been using 123Presets for a little over a year now and wish i had known about them sooner!!! it takes a a lot of skill to get your pictures looking right. But, using presets from 123Presets have truly made the editing experience so enjoyable!! I would recommend watching some tutorials to learn the basics of editing because adding the preset on top then knowing how to tweak it to your own photos really is the trick to getting the most out of the presets! i recommend these to everyone and continue to be excited for all the new drops! 🤩
