I am having a terrible experience with SkinPlace. Following their own support team's instructions, I requested a refund via PayPal. Now, they are refusing to give me my money back, claiming their payment provider’s account was banned "because of me."
It is absurd to blame a customer for following their own guidance. The money has already left my account and is with them, yet they refuse to settle the situation. They expect me to solve a problem with an account that doesn't even belong to me, but to their provider.
They are shifting the blame and showing total neglect. I have sent all the screenshots and proof multiple times, and all I get are excuses. If you value your money, stay away from this site. They do not take responsibility for their own internal failures and will leave you empty-handed. I will keep posting this everywhere until I get my refund.
Avoid SkinPlace at all costs.
I am reporting a serious problem with Skins.place. After a failed transaction, PayPal processed a refund to the original Skins.place account. I provided complete proof of this, including transaction IDs and screenshots. Despite this, their support continues to lie, claiming they 'don't have access' to their own payment account. They are essentially withholding my funds illegally. I have all the evidence and I will not stop until this is resolved. Note that the refund was made on the instructions of their support team, of which I have screenshots of the entire conversation; at no point did I say that the provider no longer had access to the account. UPDATE February 25, 2026: Skin.place is lying to avoid responsibility.
My PayPal email was 100% correct, as the funds arrived in my account before the problem. It's impossible for an "inactive" email to receive a transaction.
Transaction ID 7FH70719GP7806343 proves that the money was returned to your provider (Jari Postma).
The "provider block" is a business risk of Skin.place, not mine. You have my skins and confirmation that the money is in your blocked system account.
I will not contact PayPal for you. You owe me $139.67. If you cannot use PayPal, pay me via Litecoin (LTC) or Steam skins. I will not close this ticket until I receive payment.
