Review Time
Needed another sim with decent coverage as my phone has black spots on the current carrier. Found the purchase process really easy and eSim setup was straight forward. As they run on EE, signal has been superb.
I recently switched from o2 due to lack of signal and an extortionate bill. I read that they’re on the same network as EE, my partner is on EE and has great signal everywhere, especially at home. 1p mobile has not let me down! Signal is amazing and because I work and live in rural areas I’m yet to find some where I don’t have signal… it’s amazing ! Only thing I would like to see is an app but apart from that absolutely no complaints! So far so good :)
I have been with 1p Mobile for around five years. They are a fabulous company and I can't fault them. Charges are great and if I have any queries they are always on hand to help. For a SIM only customer, these are the guys you need. Reliable, courteous and professional. Highly recommended!
Moved from EE direct to 1p, the change was easy to do, with no issues regards connection. It was also 1/2price, still retain my phone number, and have a monthly continuous contract. What's not to like?
Moving across was super easy from O2. Attracted to 1p as its a very economical way of accessing the superior EE network - and I have noticed the benefits of that already. Was also influenced to choose 1p because other reviewers praised the customer support but have yet to need that.
I have been with these for years on another phone I use for sat nav and they have been brilliant, so I moved my main contract to them after poor service and these really are brilliant, network is ace and any problems are replied very promptly with good advice
The lack of not having a workable app makes it hard to use or give 5 stars.... delivery of SIM card taken to long...the £2.50 charge for a esim is ridiculous..no customer service....the tariffs and reception are great....the unlimited at £25 is to expensive when more known providers offer it cheaper..... overall I would only give 3 stars....
