Ongoing Issue

Today, I faced a persistent problem: instead of my address and name, question marks appear in the app and on the website. It shows as: '???????? ????????????????-???. 206330???????'. Because of this, I can’t receive my package on time, as the courier has no idea where to deliver it. When I first reported this to support, they couldn't assist me. In summary, out of my 8 orders, only 1—my very first—was processed and delivered correctly. I’m unable to use the service.
