My account was unjustly blocked with funds still in it.

My account was permanently blocked with USD 1,570 remaining in the balance. The block happened automatically during a second verification attempt. The system indicated that my account had been verified successfully, and right after that, it was blocked. Since then, I've only received generic responses referring to a specific clause, without:
clarifying what rule was supposedly violated,
providing any evidence,
addressing the error in the verification system.
I firmly deny any fraudulent activity (no multi-accounting, no automation, no arbitrage, no bonus abuse). I used the account in a normal and transparent manner.
After more than 30 days, the company has refused to clarify the legal grounds for withholding my funds or whether a refund is possible.
This review serves as a warning to other users: funds can be locked without clear explanations, and the support team does not offer meaningful assistance. UPDATE:
The company responded publicly but did not address my inquiries about the verification system error or the legal basis for withholding USD 1,570. No specific violation or evidence has been provided. UPDATE 2: After over 30 days and multiple escalations, the company still refuses to clarify the alleged violation or the legal basis for withholding my balance.

I deposited ₹50,000 in my account, but they are refusing to verify my identity by blocking the KYC page with a "KYCAID SERVICE FAILURE" error. I have shown proof that my previous account was permanently closed. Their support keeps stating that "specialists are checking" just to delay the process. This feels like a scam to take my money. I need my KYC page reset immediately! Despite reports of phishing emails targeting my data, they still won't reset my KYC to protect my ₹50,000. UPDATE (30 Dec): They responded to my review claiming 'verification is not required' and 'no restrictions'. This is misleading. When I try to withdraw my ₹50,000, I am still redirected to the same technical error/KYC block page. They are deceiving the public while holding onto my money. I've already reported this case.
