This is my 6th review regarding the pending deposit of ₹49,000 on 1win. The payment has been stuck since 06 November 2025, and despite providing every possible proof, 1win has still failed to credit my funds.In my last review, the so-called “1win experts” asked me to share a video recording of the payment to their email support@xxxxxxx. I sent the video immediately. Before that, I had already shared UPI transaction details, bank receipt, bank statement, screenshots, and complete support chat history multiple times — literally hundreds of times.Still, nothing has been resolved.A new ticket was raised by their support team: PMNT-3974739, linked to my account ID 313786555, but even after that, there has been zero action from 1win.This level of negligence and delay with such a large amount is unacceptable. I urge 1win to finally process my deposit and release my funds without further excuses.
