I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 47 days.
I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount ₹10000 was clearly debited from my bank.
Waiting 47 days for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

Very bad experience I made a deposit, and after winning tried to withdraw but they didn't process the payment, asked for KYC, and after that also still finding fake reasons to avoid paying, such as verification, what kind of verification could take such a long time? I sincerely advise to all players to never play here. There is any serious website around the world using their practice. I believe every good review you see are command by them or their partners . Don’t be a fool there are other websites where you can play and your money will be well handled.
I don’t even need a response from 1win cause they only repeat same thing, like bots . No respect for their users. This is only to prevent future players that once they win , they will be scammed or wait at least 2 months before receiving a thing.
