Extremely disappointing experience with this seller

I had a terrible experience with this seller. I purchased rubber strips for an S124, and they did not fit correctly at all. I attempted to reach out multiple times for assistance, but the seller was unhelpful and provided no solutions. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. The quality was very poor, and the support was nonexistent.

Fraudulent company with terrible service

I ordered rubber parts for my vehicle and the seller mistakenly sent them to the wrong address. Despite it being their error, they refused to refund the shipping costs. They also ignored my calls and emails inquiring about the refund. This is a poorly managed operation. Mistakes happen, but the seller should learn to treat customers respectfully. I was planning to place a large order, but I will now take my business elsewhere.

Complete lack of support

I want to warn others to avoid this site for auto parts. I placed three orders totaling €1,680.80. The second order had defective parts, and the third had incorrect sizes and incomplete quantities. I sent multiple emails with photos and called, but received no response. I wouldn't recommend getting involved with this shop to avoid similar frustrations.
