This situation feels like a scam. I purchased a single report for $1, but just three days later, I found a charge of $34.99 for a subscription that I didn't clearly understand I was signing up for. To make matters worse, this subscription doesn't cover additional vehicle reports — if I need another report, I have to pay more. I reached out to the support team to challenge the charge, but my complaint went unresolved and the refund was refused. The pricing is very misleading and the customer experience is lacking.
Incredibly beneficial as they offer pricing for vehicles that align with the factors in the reports, even those not mentioned in the seller's description. Overall, this nationally recognized platform provided more comprehensive reports compared to others I tried.
I singed up for doing a vin inspection and that was ok, I did see I also signed up for a monthly subscription so straight after buying the vin document I wanted to cancel this subscription to avoid extra costs, but there is no way on the site to do so. If you read how to do it, it does not match up with their site so you can't cancel it. This feels like a scam so I blocked them directly.
