Repeated overcharging and terrible customer service. When I contacted them about the incorrect charges and asked for compensation, I received a vague and unhelpful explanation instead of a proper solution.

I canceled my subscription about a year ago, but since then, I've received approximately six calls asking why. The service was expensive and slow while roaming—please stop calling me. Based on this experience, I wouldn't return even if the price was significantly lower. No more, please.
