12 Jan 2025 sent my beloved 14 month old Dreame away to be repaired.
Never heard anything from Dreame.
Even jbi high 4 struggled to receive any information.
There is no phone number you can ring
After relentless calls to jb
I finally got a credit after 11 weeks and that was only because of the jb high 5 crew felt sorry for me having to wait so long and have them an ultimatum.
So due to the lack of customer service I would not recommend
The robot vacuum worked well initially, but then it started malfunctioning. After weeks of trying to get help, I was told to submit a fault record, but communication was poor. Eventually, I was advised to return it for a refund, but they claimed it wasn't refundable due to being an older model. The after-sale support is severely lacking.
I expected a premium experience but received a dysfunctional vacuum and no real assistance. Since late April, I've been trying to resolve the issue with no success. Despite acknowledging the fault, there's been no replacement or refund. Communication has been ignored, and I plan to escalate this matter.
I ordered a robot vacuum in November 2024 and have yet to receive it. Customer service has been unhelpful, and my request for a refund was met with illogical responses. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I'm now escalating this issue.
