Like others have said - it seems too good to be true. They were quick to respond when taking my money over a year ago, but they can’t even handle my ultra simple, no kids, non contested, previously agreed to by my ex and I - divorce. They have stopped responding to my emails now, when I call they say oh a supervisor will be calling you back. No one calls. Now I’m going to try and get a refund which who knows how that will go. They’ve costed me tens of thousands in additional tax liabilities failing to get this done in 14 months. Complete scam. Save your money. Hire a real divorce attorney. Wish I had never even hired these fools.
It had me rate before I could see the finished product. My documents were not all completed with the information I provided. I could have filled them out myself for free if I didn't need a little guidance. This was a lot of money just to fill in the forms and was not what I needed.
Forms, documents well presented and steady to read and understand.Some directions are based in legalese, but chat explained these questions professionally and thoroughly. Haven’t finished process yet, but if things go as well with the rest I will be a VERY HAPPY DIVORCEE

I knew it sounded too good to be true. It took months and sending emails to actually get our papers mailed to us. Can not buy a house until the divorce is done and our lives are basically on hold because of this company. Got the papers in mail to sign and send back and some are outdated and can’t be used. I ended up having to hire an attorney to draft up paperwork for us. I have already paid 3 Step Divorce to file for us so sent in emails asking for that portion back since we won’t be using them to file. I was nice enough not to ask for whole thing, but I’m being met with complete silence. I’m so upset and will never recommend this company. They need to make it right.
This company is not worth the extra headache on top of going through a emotional moment. I paid for the $399.00 service 05/30/2023 and still have not received an email. I called 06/20/2023 to ask what will be the next step and how long will this process take, the representative told me this can take 6 months to a year to complete. I told him on the website it said I should have had received an email after 5 days of me along with my Ex completing the questionnaire. Plus on the website it says 30 to 90 days to finalize your divorce. California is the only place that it can take up to 6 months. The representative then proceeded to tell me that he can't help me because he was not a lawyer to every question I asked. I then asked for a refund and the representative said go through your credit card company. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
