Filing instructions are horrible and incorrect. It doesnt make the process any easier. I had to look everything up myself. They basically just rip you off and is a total scam. Its a waste of money. Now after wasting $300, Im going to have to spend money on a lawyer to actually get the job done.

Great tool for a DIY divorce in NY!

I used 3 Step Divorce in New York State for an uncontested divorce without dependent children. The questions were quick and easy, and the printed copies arrived promptly. The filing instructions were clear and correct. I was missing a couple of notices required to be served with the papers, but the county clerks office provided the correct ones. My divorce was granted without any problems in 3 weeks. I saved thousands of dollars on lawyers fees! Highly recommend this tool.
