A completely unreliable customer service. They sent me mails saying that they were filing my papers and after weeks of me writing back because my wife never received DocuSign and 3spetdivorce keep writing me to wait for it.I finally was able to speak on the phone with costumer service and they said “sorry” we made an error, you lost all these weeks for no reason. I asked a refund but they said they can only say sorry.Ridiculous

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I signed up for this service and the forms were not compatible with our situation so we had to hire an attorney. Three times I requested a refund and stop payment without any response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE to anyone. It's. not quick, nor easy to fill out.

Total Scam.

After receiving a confirmation mail, it has been 4 months and I my husband has still not received his mail from these people inspite of many written and verbal requests over the phone. They are not the least bit interested in helping, doing what they say they will, and now are insisting that no refund will be given even though I was supposed to receive the forms for signing 5 days after the confirmation mail. This is a scam of the worst order. Never, ever use this service. I did the paperwork and it took me 20 minutes to file myself at the courthouse. What a terrible way to do business. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

NOBODY CALLS BACK

I'm so upset. I read great things about this company and it has not only been a headache but my entire life and finances are stalled because of them. Twice I had no answer after repeated emails and calls for at least three months. The first time there was something wrong with paperwork and nobody told me. The second time, they did not receive confirmation from the courts from FEBRUARY when it is supposed be back in a week. Something I would never know. I was told they would check why and someone would call me back. Again, no return call. I call again, no record of my last call after the guy was like I swear someone will call you back this time. I have spent 1000 dollars on this service and court fees. A year of my time. I am still paying my exes health insurance and other finances tied up as well as wanting to get re married. and I do not even get a call back.Edit: I am still waiting for someone to call back despite the message below

Waste of time and money

This company has done nothing but waste my time and money. We started the process in January 2022 and a YEAR AND HALF later, we still don't have a divorce. An amicable, 0 property, 0 kid divorce, i.e. no major complexities. Most recently, they failed to notify us for a month that our paperwork was rejected (3rd rejection, all for simple mistakes, rather than legal ones). After multiple calls and requests, I finally spoke to a supervisor, who he would return my call after gathering all my paperwork to send to me so I could move on to using the lawyer I've retained. Surprise surprise, no call. My lawyer says they have made beyond stupid mistakes and he isn't surprised the court rejected the paperwork. This company lacks communication, professionalism or basic knowledge.

The worst divorce experience you could ever imagine

This company took my money for services that I later couldn’t access and when I paid for the added fee filing service, it took them 3 months to file which they later did in the wrong court location and never even notified me it was rejected! Let that sink. Moreover, they not only ignored all of my emails and voicemails (response rate of 1 email to every 8 emails I would send), after I finally got through to someone on the phone they only refunded me 1/3 of the filing cost. 1 third and no refund for the original standard services I later couldn’t even access. In short, they caused me and my family extreme, ongoing stress and delayed my divorce by several months, not to mention they essentially stole my money as they did not provide the services I paid for and did absolutely nothing to rectify or even communicate with me at any time. Nothing. If they ever responded to 1 out of 8 of my emails, it took them on average 10 days to respond. Also, in the few responses I ever received over the course of 6 months, it was always with a generic auto robot response that never answered the question asked. All documented. All reported. Company is advertising their services falsely and I like the rest of the public had no clue yet I paid an immense cost at the worst time of my life. Had to take time off to file divorce properly myself, months later and even the court file clerk said he had heard horror stories about this company! Absolutely horrifying experience with so much I haven’t even covered, making an already painful divorce process even harder. No one should be subjected to such an unethical company as this, especially during such a vulnerable time in their life. Unconscionable behavior. I will be taking legal action and reporting them.

Smooth and easy to follow

The questions were easy to navigate. I had trouble viewing anything on my laptop and had to do it all from phone. There are some pop ups that get missed that way. Customer service was a little difficult to get hold of but once on the line they were extremely helpful.
