These guys at 411 locals won't let you cancel. It takes them forever to return your call or email when you want to cancel service. When you do talk to them they talk about everything but cancelling. They drag the process out of not cancelling then say your company owes them for another month. They"ll even take your pictures down off of Google that you posted. Logo and all. Then they fix it to where you can't add your pictures back.
I had my google listing set up 3 months ago.so far im getting potential clients - not yet there but i am glad with the positive results. Cost effective marketing strategy which is better.Very helpful and patient although they had to reassigned a new manager.we will see
I signed up for 411 Locals after being told the first month would only cost $50. I wasn’t happy with the service and requested a cancellation within that first month. Despite that, they kept charging me.I told them multiple times—over the phone and by email—that I wanted to cancel. Not only did they ignore my requests, but they started calling me every day, saying I owed more and more money. The amount they claim I owe has gone from $50 to $350, and now they’re saying it’s over $700. I never agreed to that.I was told $50 was a locked-in rate, but once they had my payment, they suddenly said it would be $300 per month. That’s shady and misleading.I didn’t sign a contract, yet they somehow kept accessing my bank account and charging me, even after I canceled my account multiple times. This feels completely predatory and unethical.Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve never had a worse experience with any service provider.
These guys are the absolutely worst company to deal with. They continually give you the run around rather than just resolving the issue. When you want to leave, they will hit you with a bunch of extra fees to do so, and then delay delay delay getting you the files for the site transfer. Terrible.UPDATE to their reply: I originally paid for them to supply me website files - after 3 weeks they finally got them to me and they still weren't working. I checked my statement and realized they charged my credit card consecutively unauthorized a total of 4 additional times. They also were charging the client, in spite of telling me that the client's card wasn't working, which is why they needed mine to finalize 'what was owing'. I had to file a chargeback and block the merchant. These guys are the definition of scam artists - I highly recommend you DO NOT engage in business with them.
