Since for the last few months i have been looking for WFH setup and this company has provided me with the same, and i must say people are very nice here.I would like thank the recruitment team specially Mr Faraz Shakeel Raihan for guiding me with smooth recruitment processes till the onboarding part. He also supported me from the initial round till the onboarding stage, he was very kind and cooperative.Last but not the least thanks to the 411 locals for giving me this opportunity.
Hello 411 locals.I just got a reply for my review saying my issues have been resolved.This is an insult.You guys ruined my company and my family's life.You refunded $484 dollars when I have lost all the hard work I did for over 20 years to build my company's name. You guys are a disgusting company.I still won't recommend anyone to work with this company.The worse experience of my entire life.First year was great, after the first year my company disappeared from Google while I kept paying a monthly fee.I stopped receiving new customers they didn't even know anything about it, I had to call and let them know what was going on. They said they will start an investigation and start the process from scratch. They didn't do anything for 3 years, they were just collected my funds and ruined my company I have for over 20 years. My financial situation went to the dump. Every time I called they kept telling me the same story same exact words from a script.Now I'm getting harassed by them telling me I owe them money when I fired them a year ago. They kidnapped my company created a fake email and password so I couldn't get control my own company for months.This company is the worse they show you results at the beginning and then leave you stranded. I'm bankrupt.Stay away!!!!
The service is great I just wish they would shorten the introduction to the call. The customer is waiting while they tell me how great the service is.Shorten it to:This is 411 locals, you have been given xxx leads this month. We have; NAME on the line, should we connect them.
411 Locals has been great to help me with strategies to get organic reviews from pleased customers. Price is fair for what you get. It’s always hard to answer your phone while working so their answering service has been extremely helpful, having my clients speak to a real person.
Can't give less than 1 star unfortunately. Good luck canceling this subscription. Months later and they are still billing me after dozens of cancelation requests. Absolutely the worst company on the godamn planet. Do not make the same mistake I did.
Do NOT trust this company! They are nothing but thieves who only care about stealing your money. They promised us a professional website but delivered a disaster—never asked for any details or photos of what we wanted. On top of that, they cloned our Google page, and now we’re fighting to get it back. Complete nightmare!What’s even worse is how they treat their customers. We communicated in Spanish from day one, while they were trying to convince us … until they got our money. After that? Not a single call in Spanish. They blatantly ignored us, hung up on me and my partners multiple times, and refused to cancel the service. We tried to avoid paying for this mess, but they outright lied—told us the first month would be free, then demanded payment for their awful service.This company is the definition of scam and unprofessional and I don’t really understand how they are still in business. Save yourself the stress, time, and money and STAY FAR AWAY. Dealing with them is like getting trapped in an endless fight with zero resolution, it’s been 3 months and I’m still getting calls from them. Avoid at all costs!
